This Wiki hasn't been updated to match the latest changes to kOS and the information contained in it is slowly becoming more incorrect as kOS gets updated more. The original maintainer of kOS didn't document well, and this wiki was necessary because the user community was trying to document it after release. The new maintainers of kOS do document more. kOS is a scriptable autopilot Mod for Kerbal Space Program. It allows you write small programs that automate specific tasks.
With kOS, you can issue commands to your ships via a command line, or write programs to automate tasks. kOS can interact with other parts on your craft via action groups, it can also be set to run programs in response to action groups being fired.
kOS requires Kerbal Space Program 0.23,
Important: If you have troubles try to see FAQ or Issues first.
